Why Yoga ?

The practice of Yoga has numerous benefits. Yoga will help to increase flexibility, restore range of motion and promote good balance.

It is a flow of different poses which clear the mind, reduce stress and move the body. It is not a religion but a discovery of yourself through breathing, feeling and listening to your body.

In the studio you will learn the YogaFit style.
