Strength training is the fountain of youth. It's vital to build as much lean muscle tissue as possible and then maintain it. Lean muscle will increase bone density, improve cholesterol, reduce blood pressure, speed up metabolism and minimize arthritis pain.

If you don't lift - you don't last!!

In the studio we will use body bars, free weights, resistance tubing, smart bells, heavy hoops and body weight for your strength training.
