Rick has the Primary group Exercise Certification from Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. (AFAA)

Rick spent 13 years with the Marine Corps Reserve Military Police in Pittsburgh. He proudly served his country in Saudi Arabia in the Gulf War in 1991.
He holds a double Bachelor’s degree from West Liberty State College in Sociology and Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. He holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Marshall University Graduate College, a Master’s Degree in Elementary Education from WVU and a Master’s Degree in Reading from WVU.
He and his wife Alexa have been married 7 years and have two beautiful daughters: Paige (6) and Abigail (4) who attend St. Mary’s Elementary School.
Rick and his family attend Immaculate Conception Parish in Clarksburg. Rick holds the office of Recorder in the Knights of Columbus where he is a 4th degree member.
Rick taught 1st grade and Title I at St. Mary’s School for three years before becoming employed with the Harrison County Board of Education. He is currently a Title I teacher at North View Elementary School. His hobbies include attending WVU football games, watching collegiate sports and running. |
