Zumba Plus what could be better than 30 minutes Zumba Latin dance. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun. Learn to samba, meringue, salsa and much more!! PLUS 30 minutes creative cardio sculpting! Try it you’ll like it. Instructor: Tammy
Sculpt & Strength targets muscle development and bone strength.
This class uses BOSU, balls, dumbbells, body bars, resistance bands and more. No fancy dance here-just creative muscle training. We will work upper body, lower body and core to the max. Let’s lift! Instructor: Terri
20-20-20 is a combination of 3 styles to make the most of your hour.
20 minutes of aerobic moves, 20 minutes of strength training & 20 minutes of Yogafit poses. Instructor: Mary Ann
Yoga experience the dynamic flow and challenge of a yoga class. With emphasis on breath and flexibility you will be encouraged to go at your own pace holding the poses while exploring your personal balance and the body/mind connection. Focus on breathing, relaxing and just letting go! Instructor: Amanda
Kung Fu means “sustained effort or skill” learn basic stances and motions which act as a platform allowing students to gain fluidity, strength, flexibility & dexterity.

Saturday Instructor Choice happens at 9am. Each instructor teaches one Sat a month. Lots of variety with tons of motivation-- come rock with us and start the weekend off right. Class is free with monthly membership.
