Cynthia has been teaching fitness classes for over 15 years.

She is certified by the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a Group Fitness Instructor. During her career, she has taught a variety of classes including Group Strength, Boot Camp, Senior Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Kids' Fitness, Stability Ball and countless others.

She is married with two daughters, ages 8 and 5, who love "working out" with Mom. They also enjoy taking walks and cycling together as a family.

Cynthia's advice for a healthy lifestyle... "Don't have an "all or nothing" attitude about fitness. Even on your busier days, make a little time to do something active. You'll gain more energy and feel better about yourself even if you have to cut it a little short on some days."
