the

Council
on
Exercise
(ACE)
as
a
Group
Fitness
Instructor.
During
her
career,
she
has
taught
a
variety
of
classes
including
Group
Strength,
Boot
Camp,
Senior
Aerobics,
Water
Aerobics,
Kids'
Fitness,
Stability
Ball
and
countless
others.
She
is
married
with
two
daughters,
ages
8
and
5,
who
love
"working
out"
with
Mom.

also
enjoy
taking
walks
and
cycling
together
as
a
family.
